Is Wayzigo Travel Protection travel insurance?
Wayzigo Travel Protection may include applicable insurance or protection
benefits depending on the package and applicable policy. Any insurance
benefits are subject to the relevant policy terms, conditions, exclusions
and claim requirements.
Does it cover normal fever?
No. The medical protection is intended for sudden and serious medical
emergencies requiring urgent medical attention. Routine illnesses such
as normal fever, mild cold, headache or routine vomiting are not intended
to qualify as medical emergencies.
What happens if my driver doesn't arrive?
Contact Wayzigo immediately using your trip support contact. Our local
operations team will coordinate with the transportation provider and
work to arrange assistance or a replacement vehicle where required.
What happens if my hotel cancels my booking?
Contact Wayzigo immediately. Our team will communicate with the hotel
or supplier and coordinate an appropriate alternative solution where required.
Is medical treatment automatically reimbursed?
Not necessarily. Any reimbursement depends on the applicable protection
or insurance policy, eligibility, covered expenses, exclusions,
documentation and claim conditions.
What should I do during a serious medical emergency?
Your immediate priority should always be getting appropriate emergency
medical assistance. Once immediate safety is addressed, contact Wayzigo
so our team can assist with local coordination and the applicable
