Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “T&C”) govern the legal relationship between you (“User”, “You”, “Your”) and Wayzigo Pvt. Ltd. (“Wayzigo”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) in relation to:

• Accessing or using Wayzigo’s website, applications, social media pages, communication channels, or any associated booking platforms (“Platform”).
• Booking travel-related services including tours, activities, accommodations, flights, transfers, visa assistance, or complete holiday packages through Wayzigo.

By accessing the Platform, requesting quotations, or making any booking or payment, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, You must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Definitions

User / You / Your: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform or booking services through Wayzigo.

Booking: Any confirmed reservation or purchase of services, whether a single service or a bundled tour package.

Supplier / Third-Party Supplier: Independent service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, activity operators, or visa agencies.

Services: All travel-related offerings facilitated by Wayzigo, including but not limited to tours, hotels, flights, visas, transfers, and activities.

Quotation: A written proposal shared by Wayzigo detailing itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, payment deadlines, and cancellation terms. Once payment is made, the Quotation and these T&C together form the binding contract.

Platform: Wayzigo’s website, apps, social media, partner portals, communication tools, and sales channels.

User Content: Any feedback, reviews, images, videos, or material submitted by the User.

Force Majeure: Events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, government restrictions, or operational shutdowns.

2. Scope & Application (Part A and Part B)

These Terms are divided into two sections:

Part A – Individual Activities / Experiences

Applicable when You book a standalone service such as sightseeing, adventure activities, tickets, or local experiences without bundled travel components.

Part B – Complete Tour Packages

Applicable when You book a multi-service itinerary including hotels, flights, transfers, visa facilitation, group or private tours.

General clauses apply to both sections unless stated otherwise.

3. Legal Agreement & Contract Validity

Eligibility

You confirm that You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If booking on behalf of others, You are responsible for ensuring their compliance with these Terms.

Binding Nature of Quotation

For complete tour packages, the final Quotation confirmed after payment supersedes all prior discussions, emails, messages, or verbal assurances.

Only services explicitly mentioned in the confirmed Quotation are included.

For standalone activities, the booking voucher along with these T&C constitutes the contract.

Role of Wayzigo

Wayzigo acts as a facilitator and travel arranger. Actual services are delivered by independent third-party Suppliers. Wayzigo is not the operator of airlines, hotels, or transport services.

PART A: INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITIES & EXPERIENCES

1. Booking Process

• Prices are generally per person.
• Confirmation is issued after successful payment.
• Users must carefully review inclusions, exclusions, pickup details, and participation requirements.

2. Supplier Restrictions

Age, fitness, health, or safety rules imposed by Suppliers must be followed.

No refunds apply if participation is denied due to non-compliance, late arrival, or misconduct.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by Supplier policies displayed at the time of booking.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed only after confirmation from the Supplier.

4. User Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and carry required documents.
• Provide accurate participant details.
• Review all service descriptions before booking.

5. Risk Acknowledgement

Certain activities involve inherent risks. By booking, You voluntarily assume such risks, and Wayzigo disclaims liability for injuries or losses arising from participation.

PART B: COMPLETE TOUR PACKAGES

B1. Role of Wayzigo

Wayzigo coordinates services between multiple Suppliers. Operational decisions by airlines, hotels, or authorities are outside Wayzigo’s control.

B2. Booking Conditions

• Accurate personal and travel details are mandatory.
• Payment schedules must be strictly followed.
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation with applicable charges.
• Cash payments are not accepted; only approved digital or banking channels are permitted.

B3. Flights

Subject to airline rules. Schedule changes, cancellations, baggage rules, and no-show policies are governed by airlines.

Transit visas and web check-in are the User’s responsibility.

B4. Hotels & Accommodation

Check-in policies vary by property. Additional local taxes, deposits, or festive charges are payable directly.

No refunds for denial due to hotel policies or missing documents.

B5. Visa Assistance

Wayzigo provides facilitation only. Visa approval or rejection lies solely with embassies.

Fees are generally non-refundable. Users are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance.

B6. Transfers & Transport

Group or private transfers are as specified in the Quotation.

Delays due to traffic, weather, or breakdowns may occur.

User conduct must remain respectful at all times.

B7. Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation charges are as per the confirmed Quotation.

Modifications are subject to availability and additional fees.

No refunds for no-shows or partial usage.

Compassionate cases may be reviewed subject to strict documentation.

B8. Limitation of Liability

Wayzigo’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the User.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

User Conduct & Content: Users must not post unlawful or offensive content. By submitting User Content, You grant Wayzigo a royalty-free right to use it.

Data Usage & Communication: User data may be shared with service partners strictly for booking fulfillment. Wayzigo does not sell personal data.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Wayzigo against claims arising from Your breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property: All branding, content, and materials on the Platform belong to Wayzigo or its licensors.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in courts located in New Delhi, India.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the confirmed Quotation or booking voucher, constitute the complete agreement.

Updates: Wayzigo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
